PP-6030A Right Angle Poly Bundler + PP-6040M Shrink Tunnel
Model PP-6030A Fully-Automatic Right Angle Poly Bundler with model PP-6040M Shrink Tunnel works with products in a tray. Seal size of 27.5” Wide x 14” H.
Operator loads the product onto the right angle automatic power belted conveyor which transfers the trays into the pusher area. When trigger plate is depressed the machine will automatically cycle pushing the case into the sealing area and past the seal bar were the product is wrapped in plastic.
Once the pusher arm has retracted the seal bar comes down to seal the film. This dual roll system (one roll at the top and one roll at the bottom) fully encapsulates the package and produces a “bullseye” with the two ends of the package open, then the conveyor of the shrink tunnel advances the package automatically into the shrink tunnel and upon exiting the tunnel the exit cooling fans on the tunnel help cool down and set up the polyethylene shrink film.
