This semi-automatic machine is engineered to slice both soft and hard crusted breads. The bread is delivered through it's blades into the receiving tray and manually placed in the top bread holder for bagging. Cuts up to 300 Loaves per hour depending on loaf size and type.
 
Slice thickness available in either 1/2" or 5/8"
