Description
PP-625F Single Head Front Apply Label Applicator is suitable for applying a wide range of label sizes to the front of a box or container in a  wide range of  package applications. The label is fed out onto an extended arm and as the box travels down the conveyor the label with arm touches the front of the box to apply the label, once completed the extended arm moves out of the way allowing the box to travel down the conveyor and off the machine. Different sizes are accommodated through simple adjustments. The PP-625F combines excellent performance and versatility at an affordable price. Efficiency is maintained during product changes with simple adjustments for the conveyor and applicator. The PP-625F is ruggedly constructed of  # 304 Stainless Steel and state-of-the-art Color Touch Screen with HMI technology.  Memory ports for 20 sizes of products delivers fast, easy to use “need it now” reliability when changeovers are required.
 
Application
Apply Pressure Sensitive labels to the front panel of a box at speeds up to 40 PPM *dependent on label size, product spacing, product shape and unknown line conditions.  The PP-625F is stepper motor driven ensuring excellent repeatable label placement.  Set-up instruction via touch screen is included in the intelligent HMI.  Settings can be stored for the most common 20 products for quick recall on product changeovers. Each application differs in regard to product size, shape, label size and shape, and specific placement of label on the various products.
