The PP-660 Top and Bottom Label Applicator is a popular labeling system used in many industries and is ideally suited for a wide range of applications. The PP-660 is ruggedly constructed of # 304 Stainless Steel and uses state-of-the-art Delta Color Touch Screen technology.  Memory ports for 20 sizes of products delivers fast, always ready, easy to use “need it now” reliability when changeovers are required. Our pre-delivery inspection confirms proper set-up and functionality, ensuring every machine is set up to your specific application. This machine features a split conveyor belt design allowing for the label to be applied to the bottom of the container at the same time the top label is being applied.
 
Product Application: Applies Pressure Sensitive Labels to the top and bottom of products and/or  boxed containers at speeds of up to 100 PPM dependent on label size, product spacing, product shape and unknown line conditions. The PP-660 is Stepper driven ensuring excellent repeatable label placement. Set-up instruction via touch screen is included in the intelligent Delta pod. Each application differs in regard to product size, shape, label size and shape, and specific placement of label on the various products.
