The Preferred Pack PP-900 Series of Automatic Table Top Shuttle Style Tray Sealers are a fast and easy way to seal small to medium quantities of trays at an affordable price.
 
This table top series is used for sealing heat sensitive film to pre-formed trays or containers for a tamper evident stay-fresh seal. It will seal and die cut the film around the container for an attractive look. The temperature and sealing time can be set depending on the type of tray and material being sealed. When you load the tray a sensor in the machine detects the tray and automatically advances the tray into the sealing area to initiate the sealing cycle  once inside the pneumatic cylinder moves downward to apply the seal pressure and at the same time die cuts around the tray to make a nice clean cut around the tray leaving no scrap, the sealing fixture will then move outward where the tray may be removed. The film is then automatically advanced for the next package. This machine is designed to ensure that each compartment of the tray is separately sealed. Easy changeover of tooling allows operator to run different trays easily.
